Architectural Design

We will meet with the prospective client and create an initial list of requirements from which we will then sketch plans and elevations for further review and discussion.

Interior Design

In the initial meeting with our interior designer we will learn more about your vision and what you want from your space. We will then develop basic concepts and schemes for your project and determine the requirements and scope of the project. At that point we will develop scaled drawings and provide selections of all materials for your approval. We will then prepare appropriate construction documents after final approval of all plans.

Renderings and 3D Computer Modelling

Often it is necessary to create a three dimensional rendering to help facilitate a better understanding of more complicated projects, and what the overall project will look like when finished.

Architectural Construction Drawings

Once the final design has been agreed upon, it will be necessary to produce accurate and detailed construction drawings suitable for submission for a building permit and subsequent construction. These drawings will be fully dimensioned and detailed.
